Looking for a way to cool down AND refuel after that strenuous Hot Yoga session? These healthy choc-coconut ice-creams are a deliciously refreshing way to do both! The best part? They are sugar-free, dairy-free and full of good fats!
200ml coconut milk (can also use unsweetened almond milk)
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp flaxseeds
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
½ tsp Himalayan salt
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1/3 Cup Rice Malt Syrup (or natural stevia)
-Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
-Pour mixture into ice-cream molds (you can also use small bowls or cupcake molds).
A yummy way to cool down after yoga or to enjoy as a healthy treat on a hot day!
